Thank you for investing in the Circlestone Community. We appreciate your commitment to ensuring a safe, clean community.
As a lot owner, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that you and your tenants and their guests adhere to and comply with the Circlestone Community governing documents and the DeKalb County Code of Ordinances enforced by the DeKalb County Codes Compliance Administration. The Board of Directors will issue fines, refer delinquent accounts to a collection agency, file liens, and initiate foreclosures for lot owners/investors who:
- continually ignore violation notices;
- fail to bring their property up to standards;
- choose to not comply with the CCA governing documents, including payment of annual assessments;
- violate DeKalb County Code of Ordinances affecting the health of our community; and/or
- fail to enforce or hold tenants accountable for complying with the rules that govern the Circlestone Community.
TENANTS
Thank you for choosing the Circlestone Community to call home.
Tenants (i.e., people who rent or otherwise occupy a house in the community from the lot owner) must comply with all the provisions of the Circlestone Community governing documents and the DeKalb County ordinances.
Tenant concerns (e.g., home repairs, lease, etc.) should be submitted directly to the homeowner/landlord.
REALTORS | CLOSING ATTORNEY
Thank you for sharing Circlestone property information with your buyer. The Circlestone Community is a mandatory fee association/homeowners association (HOA). Each homeowner/lot owner is expected to:
- Pay the mandatory annual dues/assessments. The dues are currently $200.00 per year (prorated) due by March 1 of each year. Late fees apply if paid after this date.
- Maintain and upkeep their property.
- Adhere to Georgia laws, DeKalb County ordinances, and the Circlestone Community declaration/covenants and resolutions;
- Be responsible citizens and parents.
SELLER’S AGENT:
The cost to obtain an HOA Closing/Transfer Letter is $300.
