Request for Closing Letter
Any owner, mortgager, or person having executed a contract for the purchase of a Lot, or a lender considering a loan to be secured by a Lot, is entitled, upon written request, to a statement from the Association setting the amount of the assessments due and unpaid, including any late charges, interest, fines, collections, or other charges against a Lot.
The closing document cost is $300.00 per closing transaction.
