
DUES/ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS, FINES & FEES
The Circlestone Community is a mandatory covenant community and all lot owners/homeowners/investors are required to pay an Association assessment as determined by the Board of Directors in compliance with the Declaration of Covenants.
IMPORTANT: The Georgia Property Owners' Association Act at Ga. Code § 44-3-232 provides for the collection of maintenance assessments, special assessments, late fees, fines, collection costs, attorney fees, and interest. Failure to pay automatically constitutes a lien against the property owner and subject the property to foreclosure.
2025 DUES: $200 (prorated). Contact the Association if you have any questions.
DUE DATE: March 1 (each calendar year)
Late Fee: Dues paid after March 1 of the calendar year incur a late fee of 10%. Total: $220.00
MAKING PAYMENTS:
Payments may be made via Zelle® using your mobile app or by mailing a check or money order. Do NOT send cash through the mail. Include your Circlestone property address in the notes/memo section to ensure the payment is applied correctly.
