Welcome to the Circlestone Community!

Circlestone (Stone Mountain, GA) is a simple-fee community established in 1981 as a mandatory homeowners association in DeKalb County, GA. DeKalb County is the most culturally diverse county in Georgia.

Circlestone offers low homeowners association (HOA) fees and consists of nearly 200 ranch-style and two-story townhomes for families and singles. We are near major thoroughfares, public transportation, schools, and houses of worship, and only three miles from all the fun at Stone Mountain Park & Village and two miles from the Wade Walker YMCA and Wade Walker Park, 177-acres with multi-use sports fields, swim, tennis, lake, trails and picnic areas.

The Circlestone Board of Directors is actively engaged in keeping the community safe and protecting the value of our homes. Our community is striving to continue to be a beautiful place to reside and live harmoniously with our neighbors.
